Well then, we have just the right fit for you! PORDAC is looking for energetic, attentive, flexible and passionate Psychological Counselors (preferably clinical psychologists). Freshers are encouraged to apply!

This is a full-time job (both physically and mentally) and you must be able to think on your feet as the children can behave quite unexpectedly at times and, being differently abled, they need more attention than most children do. We will need your dedication and creative skills to give the children a stimulating environment (academics, games, activities, arts and crafts, etc.) and allow them to be able to interact with their peers in order to create empathy in other children for the differently abled. There will be other staff members working with the children so it is essential that you are a team player and willing to contribute in a team environment.

Working with these amazing children will be more rewarding than any other job could offer. When you see their progress and help them learn necessary life skills, you will know that you are making a direct impact on improving their futures.
