Q: Why get involved with PORDAC you ask?
A: Well... Aside from getting to work with some fantastic staff, you will also be working with some of the most incredible children! By assisting us, you will be making a tremendous impact on the lives of these precious children who are often forgotten or cast aside by society.

Q: How can I get involved?
A: As a young organization, we are in need of a variety of levels of support and skill areas so there is a place for everyone! Any assistance in our cause is greatly appreciated, whether it be through monetary donations, volunteer hours or simply spreading the word about our cause! Even the smallest act makes a great difference. We are confident that if you spend even just five minutes with these kids, you will see the value in helping them develop their skills and education, allowing them to have a better life.
VOLUNTEERING
As a volunteer at Parivartan School, you will make a big impact on the lives of differently abled children and PORDAC as a whole. Whether your skills are organizational studies, business development, or special education, there are numerous ways you can contribute at PORDAC! You will not only help the organization learn and grow, but we are confident you will learn lifelong skills and grow in your role as a volunteer as well. We are looking for organized, hardworking, flexible, passionate and dedicated volunteers who do not mind working in a constantly-changing environment and are willing to take initiative to make a difference.
DONORS AND SPONSORS
We are looking for sponsors to assist with the development of our school, within areas such as teacher training assistance, resource support for our classrooms (such as the donation of computers) and occupational therapy equipment. Whether it be a one time donation or continous support, our donors and sponsors are very important to us and they make a great difference. We would not be where we are today without generous donations from those who care and we are so appreciative every day. Please consider becoming a donor today to make a difference!
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
We are looking to form a Board of Directors to assist in the development of the organization. We are looking for national and international members from all fields including business management, the NGO sector and the medical professional sector. We understand that this will be a very time consuming and challenging position and we encourage you to apply only if you think you will have the time to dedicate to this role.
